Returns

The consumer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made, has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the date of delivery. For the purposes of the expiry of the term, the goods are considered returned when they are delivered to the competent forwarder. The substantial integrity of the goods to be returned and of the authenticity label and security seal is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. All items must be received in the same conditions as they were received, provided with the labels, original packaging and with the authenticity label attached to its security seal without any lack. The items must not have been worn or altered in any way and must not show any signs of wear or use. The soles of the footwear must not be marked in any way, all footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged in any way. and / or altered, nor used as the only external packaging.

- In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments, it is required to follow the same instructions below. Trends reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective merchandise.

Return conditions

The return (shipping) costs are free for orders over: Italy (200 EUR). The return costs for Italy are equivalent to € 9.90 plus € 4.90 (cash on delivery) if used. They will be charged to the customer for orders below € 200.

Products not covered by the right of return

Perfumes, books, magazines, costumes and underwear items in general cannot be exchanged or refunded for hygienic purposes.

How to make a return

- The return request can be made via WhatsApp message to the number +39 3921737676 specifying the order number and the item (s) you wish to return or exchange.

- A notification of receipt of the goods will be sent to you by our customer service who will confirm the refund or replacement within 7 working days from the delivery date.

Trends will accept the returned goods reserving the right to ascertain that the products have been returned within the terms previously described. Trends reserves the right to refuse unauthorized return attempts that do not comply with the specified return policies.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed as soon as the receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item has been completed.
Refund amounts will be made with the same payment method used.

For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance trading prevails.
